The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has denied the offence of occurrence, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
