JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.09.2015.

Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S.case No. 283 of 2015.
