Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are under suspicion to have committed murder of the husband of the informant for the reason that husband of the informant was accused in connection with murder of Kishun Kant Chaudhary, son of petitioner Nilambar Chaudhary.
The case diary would reveal that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence.

No.8615 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that only suspicion is there against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti/successor Court in connection with Benipatti Police Station Case No. 51 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
