The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 27.6.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323 and 498A of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case is that the informant Juli Devi was married to the petitioner five years prior to the lodging of the case but after three years of marriage, torture was inflicted upon her for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9343 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 petition.

Learned APP submits that the thrust of accusation is against the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.93 of 2018.
