The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. CI-1494 of 2018 for offences under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedent and petitioners are fatherin-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the complainant, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest
