Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017 in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused, Parwindra Gaud had given a proposal to the petitioner to purchase his second hand motorcycle and accordingly, the petitioner went near the Gate of Dry Rauja, Sherganj, from where the petitioner has been arrested. The petitioner, who is said to be a student of Intermediate, has no concern with the stolen motorcycle and he has only been a victim of circumstance only. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S.
