Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR for an occurrence of theft is against unknown. However, some stolen articles were, allegedly, recovered from the house of the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9142 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 Petitioners are in custody since 01.01.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail, on completion of six months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Supaul/successor Court in connection with Chhatapur Police Station Case No. 387 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
