JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I do no find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 23.4.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4640 of 2015 and analogous cases.
Accordingly, this petition filed in connection with Sessions Trial No.33 of 2015/188 of 2015 arising out of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.221 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Nawada stands disposed of. However, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
