JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Charaiya P.S. Case No. 426 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 207 litres of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovery has been made from the Bhusaghar and not from the residential house of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should surrender and
