JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the first information report itself, when informant enquired from one Contractor, namely, Verma Ram, the said Contractor specifically disclosed to informant that the victim had worked with him for a week and after that he was taken away by the petitioner and other accused.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the son of informant himself fled away from Haryana and thereafter the informant lodged this case against the petitioner and others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1388 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur in Patori P.S. Case No.169 of 2015.
