The petitioner is accused in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 345/2016, registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of Pulsar Motorcycle.

Submission is that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is in custody since 21.01.2017. Co-accused Pramod Pandit, husband of the deceased, is already in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Raghunandan Pandit, above named, is
