The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj P.S. Case No.257 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the Chief Manager (SBI), Agriculture Development Branch, Gopalganj made allegation that under scheme for pledging gold ornaments, farmers were provided loan but the farmers deposited false certificate about purity of gold ornaments and obtained loan. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited entire loan with interest thereon and obtained certificate "No Dues" (Annexure 2) duly issued by

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already paid the entire dues/loan with interest accruing thereon and the bank issued certificate for payment of entire loan and closure of loan account, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.257 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
