JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assembled along with others to make preparation for committing dacoity but it is surprising enough that no arms was recovered from his conscious possession and it is only stated that one mobile, one Bichia and one Mangalsutra are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession but it is not clear as to whether the aforesaid recovered articles were theft property or not. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
