The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 17/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(G) and 32(2) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. From the vehicle of the petitioner about 54 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered, for that the petitioner is in jail since 09.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
