JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/ 323 /325 /307 /504/379/354 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

According to F.I.R. co-accused Shivdani Mahto and Lakhan Mahto allegedly assaulted with iron rod, causing injury at the head of Geno Mahto, uncle of the informant, as a result whereof he died during the course of treatment. Allegation against the petitioners is of commission of assault to Sintu Kumar.

Learned counsel for the Informant opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15900 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
