2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that 330 litres country-made wine is recovered from the Alto Car and the petitioner is said to have fled away from that car.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The occurrence as alleged has never been taken place and the entire prosecution is full of concoction and fabrication. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9581 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern or knowledge with alleged seized liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 07-01-2025.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 156 of 2023.
