Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 on the allegation that 40 litres of country made liquor was recovered from his possession. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has fair antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
