The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 64/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 38(1), 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

About 19 litres of liquor is alleged to have been recovered from Bathan of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
