2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 356 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 354(B), 467, 468/34, 420, 504, 506, 509, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that this complaint case has been filed after a delay of one week. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 356 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
