JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12-10-2015 on the accusation that he got job of the constable by playing fraud upon the officials.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
