This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 479, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 506, 307, 353, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were identified as members of the miscreants which obstructed the police in search of the house of the co-accused, Ajay Rai.
Submission of the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16462 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court.
