JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For quashing of an order dated 08.11.2019, passed by the learned Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Khagaria in Encroachment Appeal no. 02/2019-20 (Dharamveer Kumar and others v. The State of Bihar), by which the learned District Magistrate has confirmed the order dated 30.07.2019, passed by the learned Circle Officer, Chautham (Khagaria) passed in Encroachment case no. 09 of 2018-19, by which the petitioner has been directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.5601 of 2021(9) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 remove his residential pucca house standing over the land in question appertaining to Khata no. 69, Plot no. 612, Vill- Pipra, PSChautham, District-Khagaria." After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
