Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have raised their grievance earlier before the

4/4 Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing a detailed representation dated 22.12.2020 but till date no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.5 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.5 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsels and considering the order passed in CWJC No.1916 of 2017 (Ram Nath Singh and Others vs. the State of Bihar and Others).
