====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 40 liters illicit liquor was recovered from an open place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10905 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 bail and submits that the petitioner No. 1 has got three criminal antecedents and petitioner No. 2 has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.
