In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 225 of 2015 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

An allegation has been made in the First Information Report that the petitioner has killed the victim which has been confirmed by Srikant Singh in his statement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it cannot be a natural conduct of the accused who will remain at the place of occurrence and carry the deceased to the hospital for treatment.
