The petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B) AC, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police after getting a specific input raided the Jal Khund Pahar and Rishi Kund Pahar and recovered huge quantity of semi-manufactured arms. One Raja Ram Paswan was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of the person who is also involved in manufacturing of arms. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that Raja Ram Paswan has already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19018 of 2016. Other similarly situated accused persons have also been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 20624 of 2015, 54911

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19210 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 of 2015 and 11698 of 2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 28.11.2016, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014.
