JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner and others came to the house of the informant and conveyed that the informant's wife is a witch and started assaulting the wife of the informant. The informant made attempt to rescue his wife but he was also assaulted. The wife of the informant was dragged outside the house and was assaulted but subsequently she succumbed to the injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Aurangabad. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
