Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32008 of 2018.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 7.12.2017.

The report called for from the Court below has been received. From perusal of the report it appears that all the witnesses except the I.O. has been left to be examined. There is allegation that deceased was done to death in her Sasural by burn injury. Postmortem report also shows that death occurred due to burn injury.

In such circumstances, since the trial is at the advanced stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11371 of 2019(5) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 petitioner.

Prayer for bail is again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months, if possible, either on day to day basis or by giving short adjournments. District and Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, will personally monitor the disposal of the case and send compliance report to this Court.
