During course of vehicle checking, two persons were apprehended who disclosed their identity as Kishori Manjhi and Santosh Manjhi (petitioner). During course of search, from the possession of Kishori Manjhi, one country made pistol while from the possession of petitioner, two live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is under custody since 22.08.2015 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Santosh Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-10, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur PS Case No. 292 of 2015.
