Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, his name surfaced in the statement of witnesses. Moreover, one F.I.R named co-accused Sonu kumar @ Nunoo Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereas the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of co-accused Sonu Kumar @ Nunoo Kumar.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015.
