This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Three motorcycle borne criminals fired at the son of the informant, as a result whereof he died during the course of treatment. The first information report is against unknown.
The case diary would reveal that there is suspicion against the petitioner also for the reason that the deceased had come into criminal association with the petitioner and subsequently left the association, therefore, the petitioner and others had threatened the deceased of dire consequences.
