Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.9.2015 and investigation of this case has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh District Patna/ concerned court in Bhadaur P.S. Case no. 42/2015.
