2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.545 of 2023 lodged under Section 420 of the I.P.C. read with section 63 and 65 of the Indian Copy Right Act, 1957.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons against whom there is allegation that they used to make fake Jarda and sell in the market.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner himself is a victim in this case. He used to do

No.17617 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 the work of selling vegetables and sometime work as daily wage labour for one Deepu Kumar, the wholesaler of various tobacco product at Muzaffarpur who withheld his payment and upon demand, the petitioner's name has been inserted in the present case.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court No.6, J.M. 1st Class, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.545 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
