Petitioner is said to have given fasuli blow causing head injury to informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that injuries found on the person of the informant are said to have been caused by hard and blunt substance and having similar allegation, co-accused, Dhananjay Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 04.11.2015 passed in Cr.
