Petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 registered under Sections 399,402,414 of the I.P.C and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act and 20/22 NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that while the petitioner was sleeping in his house, the police came and arrested him and recovered a Mobile, Knife and one cartridge from his possession and no 'Ganja' has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
