Petitioner is accused in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He never demanded dowry. The charge has been framed under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2016.
