Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner was not apprehended at the spot and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the possession of the apprehended persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
