Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9704 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/3 The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49235 of 2019. However, in the bail order, the detail of the police station had wrongly been recorded, which was modified subsequently vide order dated 11.12.2019.

By the aforesaid order dated 11.12.2019, it was further directed that the petitioners would get the privilege of bail if they would surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks of the receipt of the order dated 11.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid order could not be communicated to them on time and, therefore, they have not been able to surrender till today.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 11.12.2019 is, therefore, modified to the extent that in case the petitioners would surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail on the same terms

The application stands allowed.
