The victim has already been recovered but he has not taken name of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation co-accused Laltu Yadav , Rupesh Yadav and Bablu Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K Hat P.S.case No. 450 of 2015 , G.R.No. 2987 of 2015 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
