Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Some unknown person committed murder of Ashok Singh by causing firearm injury.

During investigation, it surfaced that the petitioner had land dispute with the informant that is why has been falsely implicated in the occurrence as the deceased was husband of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20542 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur (Vaishali)/successor Court in connection with Town (Hazipur) Police Station Case No. 470 of 2016 arising out of G.R. No. 2653 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
