2. Supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3. From the same, it transpires that the authorities have re-considered the matter and have directed for payment of the remaining admissible dues of the late father of the petitioner, after adjusting the amount which he had taken and not adjusted.

3. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the authorities and brought on record by way of an affidavit, copy of which has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off.
