ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2015 in connection with Kacchwa P.S. Case No.42 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., there is only general and omnibus allegation against him. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against two ladies, namely, Poonam Devi and Kamana Devi, who have since been extended the privilege of bail by the court below itself and other two co-accused persons, namely, Shiv Rajwar @ Langru Rajwar and Ajay Rajwar have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3336 of 2016 (3) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 been extended the privilege of regular bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.43570 of 2015, vide order dated 21.9.2015.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations and also that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Basant Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Kacchwa P.S. Case No.42 of 2014.
