The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014 registered under Sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the victim was killed in her marital home for nonfulfilment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
