The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kachawan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant, who is eye-witness of the occurrence of murder of her husband has disclosed that 13 persons having hand in the murder of her husband stating the specific role of two accused named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is not named by the informant, but later on, grandson of the informant disclosed the name of the petitioner in his statement as detailed in paragraph No.8 of the case diary having hand in the murder of deceased. The petitioner is the son-in-law of Karait

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14976 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 Rajwar, who is named accused in the F.I.R. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 30.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Vikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Kacchhwan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014.
