Perused the impugned order passed by the court below. By the impugned order dated 09.10.2015 the learned Subordinate Judge-V, Sitamarhi has only allowed amendment application filed by the plaintiffs-respondents in Partition Suit No.177 of 2006. By way of amendment only some persons were sought to be added as defendant in the suit.

Considering the nature of the order passed by the court below whereby only amendment has been allowed and some persons have been added as defendants, in my opinion, it is not a case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
