Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, the petitioner and other miscreants, allegedly, looted the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 12.12.2016. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Co-accused, namely, Dayanand Sada, with similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3743 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18264 of 2017 (3) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria/successor Court in connection with S.T. No. 102 of 2017 arising out of Beldaur Police Station Case No. 151 of 2016, G.R. No. 2014 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
