The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 217 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, co-accused Pramod Yadav shot dead the husband of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, in the re-statement informant has named this petitioner as one of the persons who also participated in the alleged occurrence. Main assailant of the deceased is coaccused Pramod Yadav and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.10.2022.

Case No. 217 of 2021.
