Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 247 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 37(c) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner has been found dealing in illicit liquor and his name was disclosed by the local persons.

The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
