Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 15 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the place of recovery.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender
