The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.834 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 333, 427, 356, 379, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the constable Shivu Kumar made call to the informant to come along with the other constables at Bhubharow. Thereafter, the informant along with constable Pravin Kumar Kolekar reached there on the Government Motorcycle, where constable Shivu Kumar was present, who informed the informant that two suspects, namely, Bablu Kumar (petitioner) and Kedar Yadav have to take to

Thereafter, the informant took the petitioner on his motorcycle and Shivu Kumar took Kedar Yadav on his motorcycle to proceed for Dumra. When they reached near Bhisa bridge, then Bablu Kumar (petitioner) jumped from the motorcycle and started to cry 'thief-thief'. Thereafter, they fell down from the motorcycle. In the meantime, 50-60 local people armed with lathi and danda reached there and started to commit "Maar-Peet" and on the direction of the petitioner, they caused injury to the informant and other police personnel, who were accompanied by the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused in some other cases registered under the Excise Act, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this application, due to that reason, the police has falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case on suspicion.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
